The register of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting was drawn up as of March 22, 2021, shareholders' notice as of February 25, 2021.
General meeting agenda:
1. Report of the executive body, supervisory board on the results of the year, an event for the strategic development of society.
2. Auditor's report on financial and economic activities at the end of 2020.
3. The conclusion of the audit commission within the limits of their competence for the management of the company and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Approval of the company's report on the results of 2020.
5. Approval of the report on gains and killers at the end of 2020, the distribution of pounds and killers.
6. Approval of the business plan for 2021, estimates of income and expenses for 2021.
7. Extension of the term of the agreement with the director of the company.
8. Election of a new composition of the Supervisory Board of the company.
9. Election of the audit commission of the new composition of the company.
10. Approval of the organizational structure of the company.
11. Consideration of the results of the assessment of the corporate management system.
12. Approval of the auditor for 2021, determination of the boundaries for payment for audit services.
